FISH TACOS

INGREDIENTS - SERVES 2

Spray Oil

250g White Fish

2 Whole Meal Wraps

1 Large Handful of Cos Lettuce

1 Diced Tomato

1 Medium Carrot

2 Spring Onions / Shallots

30g reduced fat shredded cheese

Pinches of Salt and Pepper 

Dressing = 100g low fat yoghurt & lemon juice

 

METHOD

Heat non stick fry pan over medium - high heat, spray with oil

Season fish with salt and pepper then place into pan and cool for about 3 minutes, flip and cook again for 3 minutes or until the fish is golden brown and cooked all the way through

use two forks to flake the fish apart

Mix yoghurt and lemon juice together 

Heat wraps

Place fish and remaining ingredients on the wraps then top with dressing

Fold in half and serve
