Ingredients

Serves 2


2 Kangaroo Patties

2 Genius Gluten Free Brioche Buns

2 Cos Lettuce Leaves

2 Handfuls baby spinach

100g Avocado (mashed)

2 Slices of Tomato

2 TSP of Mustard

2 TSP Tomato Sauce

Pinch of Salt and Pepper to taste



Method


  1. Cook Kangaroo Patties on Medium Heat for 3.5 minutes each, flip once
  2. Slice Brioche buns, spread mashed avocado. Layer with spinach, lettuce & tomato
  3. Add Kangaroo Pattie, sauce and mustard on top. sprinkle with salt and pepper and enjoy!
