If you have recently started training (within the last 12 months) or are new to resistance style training please opt for the beginner program. If you are comfortable with more advanced and explosive movements, have been weight training for longer than 12 months you may opt for the advanced program.

Your body! 🤗 You really can complete this program with your bodyweight if you are a beginner however to get maximum results some equipment and resistance is required, if you don't have access to certain equipment we will work with you for suggestions and modifications if needed. The program requires: Booty Bands, Ankle Weights, Dumbells or KettleBells.
Lisa Trujillo is a Qualified PT (Cert 3 & 4) with with over 9 years Industry Experience. She specialises in female group fitness instructing as well as Kettle Bell Function Training and Glute Building/activation.
