WHAT YOU WILL NEED 👇🏽

Your body! 🤗 You really can complete this program with your bodyweight if you are a beginner however to get maximum results some equipment and resistance is required, if you don't have access to certain equipment we will work with you for suggestions and modifications if needed. The program requires: Booty Bands, Ankle Weights, Dumbells or KettleBells.

Please note: The measurements shown are of the garments un stretched, as a flat lay. Allow 4-5cm of stretch in the waist and hip measurements.
JUNIOR LEOTARDS.
We are currently working on a new and improved cut for our LT Leotards. Our Leotards are a smaller make, we recommend sizing up.

LADIES SIZING.
Our ladies activewear is all true to size, unless stated in description. We currently range from a size XXS-XL to cater for teens and juniors who need ladies sizing. The measurements for ladies tights is for our standard tight cut (7/8) however, this length can sit differently from person to person depending on body shape, torso and leg length.
