INGREDIENTS
- 2 Slices of Rye Bread
- 150g of Egg Whites
- 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
-
½ Scoop WPI protein powder
(Team Flex Australia) - Vanilla Extract
- Cinnamon
- Nature Valley Protein Granola - Oats & Honey
- 1/2 of a Banana
- Sugar Free Maple Syrup
Method
- Add egg white, almond milk, protein powder, cinnamon and vanilla extract to small bowl. Mix together until even
- Heat a non stick pan with spray coconut oil
- Dip bread into egg mixture and coat on both sides
- Sprinkle granola on one side
- Place bread into pan granola side face down, add granola to other side.
- Flip once slightly brown and crisp
- Remove from pan, top with banana and sugar free maple to serve, why not add an extra sprinkle of Cinnamon.
