Exchanges or Returns - lodge your request here

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Pre-Orders, Gift cards, Ebooks & Event Tickets are considered non-returnable items. To complete your exchange/return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase please include your name and order number in your return package.

In all cases when returning an item we will issue you a store credit/gift card for the value of the item excluding shipping costs unless if the item is faulty where you will be issued a refund (prior approval via info@lisatrujilloactivewear.com will need to be attained to be issued a refund)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted: 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS: Pre-Orders, Gift Cards, Ebooks & Event Tickets.

Refunds: 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds: 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@lisatrujilloactivewear.com.

Sale items: 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: 
We are happy to exchange an incorrect size to one better suited for you, if contacted within 14 days. If you need to exchange an item, lodge your request through here and send/return your item to: 2/64 Terry Street Albion Park New South Wales AU 2527.

Returning to us
To return your product, you should mail/drop in your product to: 2/64 Terry Street Albion Park New South Wales AU 2527

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (prepaid bag) Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If we were at fault in the fulfilment of the item, shipping costs will be our responsibility.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SHIPPING

Once your order has been placed, you can expect your orders to be shipped out or ready to pick up in-store within 1-2 business days - you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking, or stating that your order is ready to pick up! 

For deliveries in NSW, you can expect your goods within 1-3 business days of receiving shipping confirmation, any other areas (with the exception of some regional areas), you can expect delivery within 2-4 business days. 

For pickups, once you receive your second confirmation email to say it is ready to pick up in-store, you can come by Team Flex Albion Park (2/64 Terry Street, Albion Park) during trading hours to collect your goods. Please have your order number handy so we can find your order and you're not left waiting around!

Rates - Australia-wide, shipping is a flat rate of $9.95, no matter where you are! For all international orders, shipping is $30. Pickup in-store is, of course, free! 

Please make sure you guys select the right shipping method, as I'd hate for you to be waiting for your activewear to arrive, but have it sitting at the store waiting for it to be picked up!
